Shipping tracking issue for some shipments.

All,

We have been informed that over 100 backers got shipping notifications with tracking information but when they looked on the USPS website it says the package is waiting to be dropped off.

We can assure everyone we printed postage (which is why it has a tracking number) and that ALL packages were dropped off last week.

We went to out local Post Office this morning to discuss the issue and sadly they said sometimes not all the packages are scanned and can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to get into the system if that was the case.

I took time off work unpaid to get these out the door and have done everything in my power to get these figures done. It’s extremely frustrating that we’ve come all this way just to have in issue with USPS for delivery. The challenges of this project never seem to end. 

All we can do at this point is wait and see for a few weeks to see if they turn up. I’m not saying we can’t work out replacements, but we need to give it a few weeks to see if USPS can find these shipments.

If your package was in this situation (no tracking update) but it was in fact delivered to you please let us know by sending us an email to [email protected] . We are trying to track what what shipping groups had this issue so we can understand the correct counts. It would be good to know that shipments made it even if the tracking information is not correct.

Until we deal with this issue or have a proposed solution we will not be offering our remaining stock for sale.

We'll follow up as we know more.

All orders have shipped and an update on ordering additional figures.

Couple of updates for ya.

Shipping Updates

All domestic and International orders (except 3) have shipped and you should have gotten a tracking number via Backerkit.  Please check your spam if you didn’t receive it.  If you have any questions you can contact me at [email protected]  Please do not use Kickstarter or Facebook..this email is the best way to get an answer quickly.

What if you want another figure...

It looks like we’ll have a few figures left (under 25) for folks that want to purchase additional figures.  We’ll be offering those to Kickstarter backers 1st for 1 week (via a secret link) before we open it up to the public.  We’ll share a link in an upcoming update along with the day/time they’ll go on sale. So look for that next month. SRP is $35.00 per figures limit 2

We also had about a case of figures (around 40) that had damaged cards…the figure if fine but the cards are bent. Those will go on sale at the same time.  SRP is $30.00 per figures limit 5

Also we will be offering a pre-order for those that missed the Kickstarter or backers who are unable to purchase the figures I just mentioned. This figure will be the same as the one offered in the Kickstarter but will have updated card art with Larry in his USS Flag hat, the hat will also be included with the figure.  We felt we needed to offer something different so the Kickstarter version would be just for the folks that backed the project.

SRP is $35.00 per figure (no limit). These will be made to order and the last opportunity to purchase a figure. This will be offered in late July/ early August after the original Kickstarter figures are offered to backers. We expect to ship these in late Q1 2021.

I hope you enjoy your figures, I can’t thank you enough for supporting this figure and not giving up on me.  I’m "one dude in a garage" but we all managed to come together to create an awesome tribute to Larry. It took a while but I’m proud of what we did to get this figure made.

Backers should start receiving shipping tracking numbers later today.

All,

We have started shipping. 

Here are a couple of images of my packing partners who are on summer break as they wrap each Larry figure safe and secure in his "sleeping bag" until he arrives at his new home.

We are about 1/2 way through with fulfillment and backers should start receiving a shipping tracking number via an email from Backerkit.  We hope to get the rest of the orders out this week and will update accordingly.

For those of you who got the signed metal card, to make these more authentic we had Larry sign an embossed Fresh Monkey Fiction Signature Plate that you can attach to either the back of the metal card OR put on the back of your figure.  

Also for the Deluxe orders we will not be revealing the secret accessory until 2-3 weeks post fulfillment as to not ruin the surprise.

A note about address changes ...

A quick note about address changes. 

We know this project has taken much longer than anticipated but we have been providing updates for weeks about changing your address in time for fulfillment. Address are now locked. 

If you need your address changed please contact us via email at [email protected] but we cannot guarantee that we can change your address at this time.

We are delivering rewards to the addresses you provided and are responsible for rewards delivered to the address provided. We will not be resending rewards to new address that are not currently in our system.

Larry has landed...shipments start next week.

The Larry Hama shipment has landed and now that addresses are locked we will start fulfillment next week.

We'll be filling orders over the next 4-6 weeks and you'll receive a tracking notification via backer-kit when your order is shipped. Please don't email us to ask where your order is untill we have an opportunity to full all our orders. 

We don't anticipate having any remaining stock at this time. We will be opening up pre-orders next month for an additional run that will deliver in early Q2 2021. We'll make a post on Kickstarter and social media when we open up the pre-order window.

Thanks for sticking with us through this journey, it was a crazy ride, but it was worth it so we can add Larry to our collections.
